To remain dustproof and waterproof, CNC machine control cabinets are usually tightly sealed. However, these cabinets house major heat sources such as servo drives and frequency inverters. AUO G190ETN01.4 delivers a high brightness of 450 cd/m² and a high contrast ratio of 1000:1, providing sharp and well-layered visuals. It uses a matte surface treatment with a hard-coating protection (3H) to effectively scatter harsh workshop light. Paired with a wide viewing angle of 85/85/80/80°, machine tool operators can see everything clearly even when standing at a side angle to monitor the tool path.
AUO G190ETN01.4 uses a 5:4 screen ratio, which fits perfectly with the native user interfaces of mainstream CNC systems. The customer did not need to spend any time or effort modifying their software UI code. It displays perfectly right out of the box, drastically shortening the verification and testing period for the screen replacement.
Using a 4-string WLED design, the backlight lifespan exceeds 50,000 hours. It also includes an internal LED driver board that supports 5% to 100% PWM duty cycle brightness adjustment. The total power consumption is only 20W, which keeps heat generation low and ensures the brightness barely fades even over years of high-frequency machine operation.
AUO G190ETN01.4 uses an LVDS (2 ch, 8-bit) 30-pin terminal interface with a driving voltage of 5.0V. To completely eliminate interference issues like screen flickering and water ripples, Hengxinda engineers paired the screen with our self-developed, high-anti-interference, industrial-grade driver board to ensure flawless signal transmission.
We provided comprehensive 3D structural drawings and helped their engineers fine-tune the waterproof rubber strip slots on the aluminum alloy front bezel. This ensured that AUO G190ETN01,4 fit perfectly into the machine's complex internal sheet metal layout, achieving IP65-rated dustproof and waterproof.
