HXD-EDP520G LCD display driver board is equipped with 1 VGA, 1 HDMI input and dedicated eDP output. HXD-EDP520G LCD control board is equipped with auto ambient light sensing function and physical knob backlight dimming. It supports multi-language OSD menus, complies with DICOM luminance control standards, and features Gamma adjustment with seven factory pre-set Gamma curves. This screen motherboard also supports IR remote control for easy debugging, matching mainstream eDP LCD display panels.
• Wide operating temperature
Working temperature ranges from -20℃ to +60℃. The HXD-EDP520G LCD screen motherboard can withstand harsh environments with drastic temperature fluctuations.
• Support auto dimming
The LCD control board features a dedicated interface for a light sensor, allowing an external light sensor to be connected to measure ambient light levels in real time. When ambient light is sufficient, the backlight brightness is automatically increased, ensuring the display remains clear even in bright conditions, when the environment is dim, the backlight is automatically dimmed to reduce glare.
• Support Potentionmeter Knob Dimming
With support for knob-based dimming, operators can adjust the LCD screen’s backlight brightness in real time simply by turning the knob, without needing to access the OSD menu or use a remote control. This makes operation convenient and efficient during on-site commissioning and when frequent fine-tuning of brightness is required.
• Multi-language OSD menu
With a built-in multilingual font library, the OSD menu settings support multiple languages, covering major global languages such as Chinese and English. Medical and industrial control equipment intended for export can be adapted to customers in different countries without the need for hardware modifications.
• DICOM Compliant Brightness Control Support
Strictly adhering to DICOM medical imaging brightness specifications, the brightness output is linear, precise and uniform, with high grey-scale reproduction accuracy, meeting the professional display standards for medical display equipment such as X-ray, ultrasound and imaging analysers.
• Multiple Preset Gamma Curves Available
7 built-in Gamma curves are selectable to calibrate gray scale and contrast, optimizing image performance for industrial inspection, medical imaging and outdoor advertising.
• Supports external power control for large screens, with ultra-low standby power consumption
The LCD control board supports external power linkage control for large-format displays. Equipped with low-power standby circuitry, perfect for 7×24h continuous-operation devices such as digital signage, medical equipment and industrial monitors.
