HXD-1820L is a high-performance LED driver board designed specifically for the backlight systems of 12 to 24-inch LCD displays. This DC-DC LED inverter serves as a universal LED backlight driver module for a wide range of TFT LCD panels. Both the LED backlight driver board and the connectable cables can be customized. And the standard version of HXD-1820L backlight driver board has an operating temperature of -20 to 70 ℃. Components can be replaced according to your requirements, and the operating temperature can reach -30 to 100℃.

To ensure safe and stable operation of your led driver pcb board, please follow these guidelines:
♦ Keep safe distance Maintain at least 5mm between the driver board and any metal parts of the device. Use insulation material if needed.
♦ Avoid physical damage Do not twist, bend, drop, or knock the led driver circuit board during assembly.
♦ ESD protection Always use an ESD shield bag during storage and transport. This board has no enclosure.
♦ Do not leave unused outputs shorted If any output group is not used, leave it floating (do not short to ground).
♦ Use correct voltage Input voltage must be 11.5–13V DC. Higher voltage may damage the board.
♦ Current adjustment Output current can be adjusted by changing the current‑limiting resistor: 0.2V ÷ Resistor (Ω) = Output Current (A)
♦ Dimming signal requirements
• ADJ: 0V=max brightness, 5V=min brightness
• PWM: 10–20kHz, 2–5V amplitude
